As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and distributors across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Process and verify customer orders for chilled products with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and inventory availability.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to retailers and distributors in Bali.
- Maintain and update order records, sales reports, and customer databases using ERP or CRM systems.
- Liaise with sales representatives and customers to resolve order discrepancies and provide real-time updates on order status.
- Monitor stock levels of chilled products and flag potential shortages to prevent order delays.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and inventory planning based on market demand and seasonal trends.
- Ensure all order documentation (invoices, delivery notes) is complete, accurate, and filed systematically.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to order processing.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in order processing, sales coordination, or customer service, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong familiarity with chilled/frozen product handling and supply chain logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP/CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Local candidates in Bali or willingness to relocate are highly preferred.
