Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Trade outlets in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and sales campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management for performance tracking.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for sales reporting.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
