Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Trade outlets in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective account management.
- Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product placement and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous experience in General Trade or modern trade is a plus.
