As a Brand Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring strategic product placement and compelling in-store branding to drive consumer engagement. Responsibility
- Install and maintain branding materials in 30+ retail outlets daily, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Conduct morning and evening attendance checks at distributor locations (mandatory).
- Monitor product stock levels and report discrepancies to the distribution team.
- Engage with retail staff to ensure optimal product visibility and shelf placement.
- Collect and report competitive intelligence, including pricing and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and submit daily reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Uphold brand integrity by ensuring all marketing materials are displayed correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior merchandising experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to handle daily travel and outlet visits across Bali.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising principles.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use mobile apps for reporting.
- Willingness to adhere to strict attendance and branding guidelines.
