Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in assigned territories.
- Monitor inventory levels, product placement, and merchandising standards to ensure optimal sales performance.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify sales opportunities, gather competitor insights, and address client concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their understanding and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, retail merchandising, or consumer goods distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal or company vehicle for field work.
