Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalized styling advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, and brand history to educate customers effectively.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store environment remains inviting.
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through follow-ups, CRM updates, and exclusive event invitations.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product transfers, and cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong product knowledge in fashion, footwear, or accessories, with a passion for luxury brands.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
