Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, fitting, and purchase decisions.
- Drive sales through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing and organized shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory checks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Passion for fashion and the Uniqlo brand philosophy.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
