Responsibility
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable Clarins products.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits through live demonstrations and sampling to enhance customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting Clarinsâ skincare, makeup, and treatment products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Clarinsâ product portfolio, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing and well-stocked, adhering to Clarinsâ brand standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to organize and execute in-store events, workshops, and promotions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service, preferably in luxury skincare or cosmetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Passion for skincare and beauty with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Proven sales and customer service track record with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, as required.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a confident and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and routines is advantageous.
