Responsibility
- Execute in-store merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales in high-traffic retail locations across Bali.
- Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with store managers and retail staff to ensure optimal product placement, stock levels, and promotional execution.
- Conduct product training sessions for retail staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about features, benefits, and selling points.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future merchandising strategies.
- Ensure brand compliance in all retail locations, including signage, pricing, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to foster long-term collaboration and brand loyalty.
- Travel to assigned retail locations across Bali to perform merchandising duties and provide on-site support.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and in-store marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate retail staff.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for beauty products and trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple locations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel within Bali and work occasional weekends or evenings as required.
