As a Sales Executive (Retail & Social Media), you’ll split your time between our stunning showrooms in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung and our digital platforms. You’ll engage with customers in person, host live sales sessions on social media, and collaborate with our marketing team to create content that drives brand awareness and sales. Responsibility
- Engage with customers in our showrooms across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to provide personalized shopping experiences and drive sales.
- Host live sales sessions on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to showcase products, answer customer questions, and convert viewers into buyers.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including product highlights, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital campaigns that align with sales goals and brand messaging.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and exceptional service to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management on customer trends, product feedback, and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep Wihardja ahead of the curve.
- Assist in organizing and participating in in-store events, pop-ups, and promotions to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (experience in furniture or home decor is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers both in-person and online.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and comfort with creating content or hosting live sessions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for customer experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate live sessions and events.
