Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain inventory control, including stock replenishment, product displays, and regular audits to ensure availability.
- Uphold store visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organized retail space.
- Educate customers on the eco-friendly benefits of our products and promote sustainability initiatives.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Assist in opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and store security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products with a desire to share this mission with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
