Responsibility
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all store locations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain a positive brand image.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and financial forecasts to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations in Bali, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
