Responsibility
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with purchases, returns, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing counter area, ensuring all transaction records are up-to-date.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with diplomacy and resolve them to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
- Promote additional products or services when appropriate, contributing to sales targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with financial and data protection regulations.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles.
