Responsibility
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly inventory reports, including sell-through analysis, stock transfer tracking, and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute promotional activities, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse layout and logistics to improve picking, packing, and distribution efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management systems and process improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement and replenishment processes.
- Prepare data-driven presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or retail operations.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail KPIs (e.g., sell-through rate, inventory turnover) is advantageous.
