Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Train and develop staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales, meet targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for fashion, luxury products, and delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
