Responsibility
- Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Organize and display merchandise attractively to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Process customer payments, issue receipts, and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new stock, ensuring items are correctly priced and labeled.
- Report any operational issues, shortages, or customer feedback to the store manager promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash, inventory, and customer data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math and computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
