Responsibility

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, timely restocking, and minimal shrinkage.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and eco-friendly retail standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Uphold store presentation standards, including cleanliness, product displays, and branding consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in eco-friendly or sustainable retail.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
