Responsibility
- Engage with customers in department stores to promote DREAME products and drive sales.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer understanding and interest.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure product availability and stock replenishment.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, promotions, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales and a results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with department store operations and retail best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
