Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and customer base.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in retail or consumer products.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
