Responsibility
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cash Handling & Transactions: Operate POS systems, process payments accurately, and manage cash registers with integrity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in receiving and organizing new merchandise.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to attract and retain customers.
- Sales & Promotions: Actively promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and support store operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional local language skills are advantageous).
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Basic Math & Tech Skills: Comfortable with cash handling, POS systems, and basic computer operations.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
