Responsibility
- Oversee and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure product and service standards meet regulatory and company requirements.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies in alignment with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Lead risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance across all operational processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate QESH principles into project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met without compromising standards.
- Conduct training programs for staff on QESH protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
- Investigate and report on incidents, near-misses, or non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for QESH performance metrics, presenting insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QESH management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or consumer products industries.
- Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or NEBOSH are highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of local and international QESH regulations (e.g., Indonesian Ministry of Manpower, OSHA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QESH software tools, and data analysis platforms.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
