Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product locations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are displayed attractively and accessibly.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in restocking to maintain optimal product availability.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including floors, shelves, and checkout areas, to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on company policies, promotions, and new products.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
