Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele, ensuring a memorable and personalized shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of luxury jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail space, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and securely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new arrivals to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, or fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven sales track record with a customer-centric approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about high-end jewelry, gemstones, and luxury retail standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons.

- Basic computer literacy for POS systems, inventory management, and customer databases.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, with valid work authorization.
