Responsibility
- Install and maintain branding materials in 30+ retail outlets daily, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Conduct morning and evening attendance checks at distributor locations as required.
- Monitor and report on competitor branding activities and market trends.
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and submit regular reports.
- Provide feedback on outlet performance and suggest improvements for brand visibility.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while representing the brand professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in marketing or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in merchandising, retail, or brand promotion is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with retailers and distributors.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local market dynamics is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to handle on-site installations and travel between locations.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., mobile apps for reporting).
- Willingness to adhere to a structured attendance schedule (morning and evening checks).
