Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist customers with product selection, demonstrations, and personalized recommendations in beauty, fashion, or F&B.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Ensure accurate product knowledge and stay updated on new launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always presentable and inviting.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (luxury or airport retail is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Passion for beauty, fashion, or F&B with a keen interest in luxury products and trends.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory management).
- Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
