Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Build, train, and motivate a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centric service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, ensuring an appealing and organized product display to attract and engage customers.
- Oversee financial management, including cash handling, budgeting, and expense control to optimize profitability.
- Stay updated on the latest electronics trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and financial acumen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and retail management software.
