Responsibility
- Stock and replenish products on shelves and displays according to planograms and company standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and sales support.
- Conduct regular audits of product placement and presentation to meet brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in all merchandising activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or merchandising training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and pricing adjustments.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift products for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
