Responsibility
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Cash Handling & Transactions: Operate POS systems accurately, process payments, and manage cash registers with precision.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in receiving and organizing new merchandise.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout in accordance with company standards.
- Sales & Promotions: Promote ongoing sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive customer engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily targets and support store operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Experience: Prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience is advantageous but not requiredâtraining provided!
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a strong asset.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn.
- Attitude: Positive, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for serving others.
- Age: At least 18 years old (as per local labor regulations).
