Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Negotiate lease agreements with tenants and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for leasing improvements.
- Maintain and update leasing records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze leasing performance, preparing reports for management review.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed.
