As the Retail Store Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential retail locations, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring seamless store openings. Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans for retail store expansion across Bali and other key regions in Indonesia.
- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations, conducting market research and feasibility studies.
- Negotiate and establish partnerships with landlords, retailers, and other stakeholders to secure prime store locations.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of store openings, including site selection, lease negotiations, and store setup.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful store launches.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform expansion strategies.
- Manage budgets and timelines for store expansion projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, business partners, and community leaders to support expansion efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail expansion, business development, or a similar role within the consumer electronics or mobile phone industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in market research, site selection, and lease negotiations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
