Responsibility
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments accurately.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager to ensure product availability.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and compliant store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or store operations is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash and operating POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform other store-related duties.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
