Responsibility
- Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending stylish outfits from our latest collections.
- Promote new arrivals, seasonal trends, and exclusive offers to boost customer interest and conversions.
- Provide personalized styling advice to enhance the shopping experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable store displays, ensuring merchandise is presented attractively and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional service to every customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising to keep the store looking fresh and inviting.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
