Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, purchases, and product locations.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions, refunds, and payment processing.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking, cycle counts, and receiving deliveries.
- Uphold company policies on safety, security, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, promotions, and store procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar fields preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
