Responsibility
- Assist customers with purchases, inquiries, and product locations with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to management.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and a problem-solving approach.
- Follow company policies and procedures for security, safety, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on products, promotions, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
