Responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and competitive gaps in the wellness industry.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop and refine supplement formulations based on data insights.
- Assist in launching new products, from concept to execution, including go-to-market strategies and performance tracking.
- Analyze sales and customer data to optimize pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
- Create compelling content and campaigns (e.g., social media, email, blogs) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, LTV) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, retailers, and partners to expand market reach.
- Stay ahead of industry regulations and compliance standards for health and wellness products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, product development, or consumer goods, preferably in wellness or CPG.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or SQL.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to craft persuasive narratives for products and campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, social media, email) and performance tracking.
- Passion for health, wellness, and consumer trends with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
