Responsibility
- Manage and optimize Etsy product listings, including titles, descriptions, tags, and images for maximum visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Track inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and social media strategies.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Assistant, or similar role (Etsy experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Etsy’s platform, algorithms, and best practices for product listings.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., EtsyHunt, Marmalead) and keyword research techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) for image editing is advantageous.
