Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and H&M’s product offerings to provide expert styling advice.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote H&M’s sustainability initiatives and values to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
