Responsibility
- Lead, train, and manage a team of promoters (SPG) to execute in-store promotional activities for dairy products across designated retail locations in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic promotional plans to increase brand awareness, product visibility, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimize promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and local regulations during promotional activities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the SPG team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of promotions and addressing any operational challenges.
- Prepare and present reports on promotional performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail promotions, preferably in the FMCG or dairy industry, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing promotional teams and driving sales growth in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and promotional strategies in the retail sector.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Willingness to travel across Bali to oversee promotional activities and engage with retail partners.
