Responsibility
- Conduct CCTV audits to monitor store activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Collect, process, and analyze store performance data to support operational decision-making.
- Assist in identifying discrepancies or inefficiencies in store operations and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the operations team.
- Support the implementation of Operation Excellence initiatives to enhance store productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store managers to verify inventory accuracy and adherence to retail protocols.
- Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to track KPIs and generate insights.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on retail auditing best practices and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory management, or auditing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
