Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets, traditional markets, and distributors to promote and sell Wismilak products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring product availability and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and inventory levels.
- Provide product training and support to retailers to enhance their understanding and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field marketing, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a territory.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using sales tracking tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
