Responsibility

  • Assist the primary Customer Service team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and sales performance.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
