Responsibility

  • Drive sales of Tissue Kioku and Garam Kapal products across assigned territories in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients and end-consumers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotional campaigns and events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and sales techniques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales, retail sales, or consumer goods distribution
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territories
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape and consumer preferences is advantageous
