Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with restocking and inventory counts.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with experience using POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise (up to 10 kg).
