Responsibility
- Participate in structured rotational assignments across departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to gain holistic business acumen.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the retail and consumer products sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and business cases to senior management.
- Support the launch of new products or services, from planning to execution.
- Engage in leadership training, workshops, and networking events to build professional competencies.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (required).
- 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proven leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or work experience.
