Responsibility
- Provide expert beauty consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Demonstrate product applications, including skincare routines, makeup tutorials, and fragrance sampling.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing retail display, ensuring products are organized and accessible.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Handle cash transactions, inventory checks, and daily sales reports with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products is a plus (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales or target achievement.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Professional appearance and grooming standards aligned with brand image.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems and inventory management.
