Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and store promotions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling, credit/debit payments, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise, as well as conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Promote sales and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols, including loss prevention measures and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
