Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and commercial clients in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for home appliances.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent Gree Electric Appliances.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or commercial sales, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the retail and commercial landscape in Bali.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
