Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing planograms to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with store managers to design efficient and customer-friendly store layouts.
- Support new store openings by coordinating logistics, fixtures, and merchandising setups.
- Conduct SKU analysis to optimize product assortment and inventory management.
- Monitor and report on store performance metrics related to space utilization and merchandising.
- Work with visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
- Assist in training store staff on space planning best practices and merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on retail trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail space planning, visual merchandising, or store operations.
- Proficiency in planogram software (e.g., JDA, Retail Space Planning) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to travel to various store locations in Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
