Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to recommend product assortments and promotions.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in wellness, health, or beauty products.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
