Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in sportswear or fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and retail trends.
